A graduate of the Queen’s University Physiotherapy program in 2006, Mark has acquired 15 years of experience in treating, assessing, and preventing orthopaedic injuries. In that time Mark has consulted for Canada’s National Basketball program, worked clinically at some of Toronto’s largest sports medicine centres, and held Clinical Director titles.
Mark boasts a treatment approach that focuses on breaking the cycle of pain and injury through improving joint mobility and improving muscle imbalances. Mark also holds certificates in acupuncture, Active Release Techniques, and manual therapies. Mark prides himself in utilizing these tools to provide an expert level of care.
Ching Yi (Fifi) is a graduate of Sutherland Chan and also a Fascial Stretch Therapist. She has experience working with variety of neurological and orthopaedic conditions including motor vehicle rehabilitation, sport injuries. postural dysfunction, repetitive strain and TMJD.
Fifi firmly believes that her personal experience in understanding and overcoming injury-associated pain enables her to empathize with her clients’ issues and discomfort. Leveraging her extensive knowledge and prior experience.
she employs a comprehensive treatment approach that encompasses Trigger point therapy, Jointmobilization, Myofascial release, cupping, and scar tissue work. Fifi has treated a diverse clientele, spanning different age groups and impairments, and she is adept at providing care to all individuals.
She is a strong advocate for her clients’ well-being, consistently striving to enhance their quality of life. Fifi takes great pride in delivering tailored treatments that cater specifically to her clients’ unique needs. She continuously enhances her expertise through ongoing learning, ensuring that she remains up to date with the latest advancements in her field.
