Christian is a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, and holds an Honours degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto. Christian brings a science-informed approach to recovery, movement, and long-term physical health.

Christian works with athletes, active individuals, and clients dealing with everyday aches and injuries. He has experience providing sports massage in competitive settings, as well as supporting clients recovering from postural strain, overuse injuries, and mobility limitations.

His background in hospital and specialty clinic outreach which includes post-surgical spine care and neurological rehabilitation gives him a strong foundation in assessing movement restrictions and creating safe, effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

Using deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and joint mobilization, Christian delivers personalized, results-driven care focused on reducing pain, restoring range of motion, and helping clients move with greater confidence and ease.

A graduate of the Queen’s University Physiotherapy program in 2006, Mark has acquired 15 years of experience in treating, assessing, and preventing orthopaedic injuries. In that time Mark has consulted for Canada’s National Basketball program, worked clinically at some of Toronto’s largest sports medicine centres, and held Clinical Director titles.

Mark boasts a treatment approach that focuses on breaking the cycle of pain and injury through improving joint mobility and improving muscle imbalances. Dr. Richard Chien is a lifelong academic who strives to connect scientific evidence to clinical practice. His approach to care is focused on individual goals, injury prevention and comprehensive education to empower his patients. He believes in a team-based strategy, working in partnership with other healthcare and fitness professionals as an integrated network that helps patients optimize their health. Dr. Chien studied at McMaster University, completing the Honours BSc. of Kinesiology before moving to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has also obtained a Golf Medical Level 2 certification from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and is currently pursuing continuing education with TPI.
