Arabella is a Certified Personal Trainer and Rehabilitation Coach with STAX, dedicated to helping individuals rebuild strength, movement, and confidence following injury, pain, or physical limitations. Her work bridges the gap between physiotherapy and performance training — transforming rehabilitation into structured, progressive strength so clients don’t just recover, but become more resilient than before. Over the years, Arabella has guided countless individuals in rebuilding from the ground up, gaining strength, improving body composition, and performing with renewed confidence. Her approach is intentional — taking clients from zero to one hundred with precision and purpose.

Competing in HYROX last year gave Arabella firsthand insight into what it truly takes to push the body to its limits — and what it demands to rebuild after setbacks. Navigating her own injury and recovery journey reinforced her belief that proper movement mechanics, intelligent programming, and long-term structure are essential for sustainable performance. Whether clients are returning from injury or training for competition, Arabella’s mission remains the same: to help them move better, train smarter, and stay in the game for the long haul. Their progress and ambition — both in and out of the gym — are what continue to inspire her work every day.
